The AMB forms part of a decade-long £100m investment plan by the university into manufacturing research and training. When fully operational, the building will have a capacity for about 700 staff, students and researchers and will comprise research workshops and laboratories that will encourage collaboration between teaching and industry.

Nottingham AMP nears completion
The University of Nottingham’s Advanced Manufacturing Building is nearing completion, and a number of the public realm elements are now in place, including the granite water feature and seating units.
