At Ares Landscape Architects, our support and growth takes many forms. We facilitate professional growth by covering costs for LI-approved courses as part of our ‘Pathway to Chartership’ initiative, cover the cost of LI professional subscriptions for all employees, and offer a vibrant calendar of CPD events throughout the year. In autumn of every year we hold the annual Ares Academy which is a one week training program for new members of staff and a development opportunity for existing members of staff.

FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS
We operate a flexible working hour system of core hours are 10m-4pm but with flexibility with starting and finishing times
24 DAYS ANNUAL LEAVE + BANK HOLIDAYS
And, you gain an extra day for every 2 years you’ve been with us
We also do an annual summer day out to explore a city with the whole team, as well as whole day off for the Christmas Party
As well as these extra days off, we also give an extra day during a leap year on 29th February!

We encourage an active study group for all our employees currently on the pathway to chartership, as well as provide mentors from within our experienced team
We also cover costs associated with gaining your chartership and becoming a Member of the Landscape Institute
