We’re very pleased to be part of the design team for a new student village at Rusham Park in Egham, Surrey.
Balfour Beatty has been appointed following an extensive design competition process. In partnership with Royal Holloway, BBI will design, build, finance and operate a new 1,400 room student village at Rusham Park. The operation will be alongside Student Living by Sodexo.
Ares provided support in developing the Masterplan and design of all external areas. These included a significant area of new natural habitat, retained mature trees, and the integration of a historic landscape into the scheme,
