We’re looking forward to 2025 as there are several of our public realm projects that will come off the drawing board… well computer screen, and on to site. The most recent to break ground is Market Square in Staveley which is part of the ambitious Staveley 21 town center regeneration program being realised by Chesterfield Borough Council.
Contractors Stepnell started work last month on the multi million pound project which will see the realisation of our designs which include new tiered outdoor seating to support outdoor theatre and performances, and natural play equipment to help make the marketplace more attractive to families. New paving, lighting, street furniture and planting will also be installed, to help create an enhanced atmosphere and visitor experience through the day and night, while new signage will help connect the town centre with Staveley’s other visitor attractions including the Chesterfield Canal and Staveley Hall
