The masterplan included the development of a strategy for residential, commercial, tourism and agricultural developments for the mountain range at Nan Shan. As the masterplan developed Ares Landscape Architects were appointed to develop the first phase of the development. This involved detailed design development and detail planting design. The outcome has resulted in an educational and sustainable eco holiday destination that will become a precedent for the city of Kaixan as a pioneering sustainable development
